Below are some step by step guidelines to using the new setup.

• It is a Bulletin Board.  If your familiar with that, then just proceed on.

• You can post to this board only after registering.

• It is better for you, and us, that you register a user name that easily identifies who you are.

• To do so you:
          Look in the upper right hand portion of the discussion board web page,
          click on the word "register".
          After you click "submit" a request will go out to create your user-account.
          After that is activated you will receive a new email stating that you are ready to go!

• After you are registered, all you must do is login to use the discussion.

• You can even check a box to have your computer log you on automatically.  This is safe to do.

It's very user friendly to just "click and go", so feel it out without even having to register.
And remember, this is PUBLIC DOMAIN, so anyone can read what you type.
